How do you charge?

The charge depends on the hours of work and the nature of the service request. Our technicians will send you quotations prior to the start of the work so that everything is transparent.

Can they do the job on the first visit or they need to do a diagnostic visit first?

It depends on the nature of the job. Small and quick fixes will be completed on the first visit. For all other jobs, typically, there will be a diagnostic visit to understand the problem, educate you on possible solutions, and complete the job based on mutual agreement.

What is the mode of payment?

We accept online or over-the-phone payments, either in cash, checks, or credit /debit cards. You can also make payments via the link on the email invoice.
